How does pricing work? Is it a subscription?
No subscriptions! We use a simple one-time Paw pack system. 1 Paw = 1 photo, and videos cost more (usually 4 to 6 Paws, most are 5). The exact cost shows on each style before you generate. You buy a pack, Paws are added instantly. No hidden fees, no monthly charges.
What are Paws and do they expire?
Paws are our simple currency: 1 Paw 🐾 = 1 photo, and videos cost a few Paws more (shown on each style). When you buy a pack, the Paws are added to your account and they never expire. You can use them today, next month, or next year.
Can I try Tail Frame for free?
You actually start with 2 free Paws on signup, no card needed, enough to create 2 AI photos and see the quality for yourself. After that, generation has real costs (especially video), so we keep the smallest pack as low as possible. No subscription, ever.
What kind of photos should I upload for the best results?
For the best resemblance, please upload one clear, high-quality photo of your pet showing its entire body. Good lighting is important! Avoid photos that are blurry, dark, or where your pet is far away or covered.
Will my pet actually look like my pet?
Yes! Our AI is designed for high resemblance. It analyzes the unique features in your photo (fur texture, markings, eye color) to create a video that looks just like your pet. The better your input photo, the better the result!
Why is Tail Frame better than Midjourney or DALL-E?
Simple: ease and relevance. Midjourney and DALL-E are complex tools for general AI art. Our tool is built for one purpose: making amazing videos of *your* pet, instantly.

What kind of pets are supported?
ALL pets. Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish... if it's your pet, we can make it a star. Our AI model is designed to handle any species.
How long does generation take?
It typically takes about 1-2 minutes to generate your video. Once you submit your photo, you can check its status in your gallery, and it will appear there as soon as it's ready!
What AI model do you use?
We use a custom, state-of-the-art model stack. We've layered several different AI systems (including the latest generative video models) and built our own 'secret sauce' on top to ensure the highest quality and consistency for pets.
Can I use these videos commercially?
YES. All generated content is 100% yours to keep, forever. Use it for your social media, marketing, or to build your pet's influencer career. A full commercial license is included.
How often do you add new styles?
We add new style packs every single week based on holidays, trends, and user requests. All new styles are automatically available for you to use with your existing or new Paws.
What if a generation comes out bad?
If a generation fails or just doesn't look like your pet, email us and we re-run it free until it's right. We want you to love it. Bad result? We re-run it free.
Can I get a refund?
We don't do cash refunds on Paws you've already used, since every generation has a real cost. But we stand behind the result: if a generation fails or comes out wrong, email us and we'll re-run it free until it's right. No money back, but we make the result good.
